Payment, Delivery and Returns



1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

2) With your credit cards through our site

You can benefit from our online single payment facilities to all kinds of credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of possible order cancellation or order cancelations due to stock problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.



3) Refund of Order Price 

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; Balcı Sedat Arıcılık Anonim Şirketi will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must notify your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's financial authorities. 



4) Delivery 

We endeavor to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as stated in the product detail. You will be informed in case of possible delayed delivery. 

In order for the product delivery to be carried out without interruption, please inform the address of your location during the day as the delivery address. 

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent by cargo company. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest. 

You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Also cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey



5) Payment Tracking 

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation as a result of the payment page. 

In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent following the transfer of the order. 

We are responsible for the realization of the delivery to the bank where we use the credit card system as well as the customer. 



 Please pay attention!

Open and check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the company official you have received. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. 

After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. 

If the product is damaged: Please send the report you have prepared to e-mail address as soon as possible. 

If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

1.If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.

2.Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased. 

3.Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, will be paid by the buyers.

4.Each purchased product is delivered to the person and / or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. 

5.The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, if any. 

6.In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. Within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the Buyer. 




7.If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.




8.After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER.



 9. If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; If the Buyer has made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 days after the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks. 




10.The buyer shall inspect the goods / services subject to the contract before receiving it; dents, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods / services will not receive from the cargo company. The delivered goods / services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods / service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods / service should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.






RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:11.BUYER; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him / her or the person / organization at the address indicated, he / she may use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification, provided that he / she notifies the SELLER via the contact information below.

14.The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a condition that written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and that the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions of "Products that cannot be used for the Right of Withdrawal" regulated in this contract. 




16.3. the invoice of the product delivered to the person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued).

17.Return form, The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any.RETURN CONDITIONS:18.The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a period of 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to return the goods within 20 days.19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods for a reason arising from the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deterioration caused by the proper use of the goods or the product within the right of withdrawal. 

20. If the campaign limit amount organized by the SELLER falls below the campaign limit amount due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.







21. Underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, disposable products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene to be returned if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery to the BUYER, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, Except for those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging is opened by the BUYER, it is not possible to return them in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding the services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer in accordance with the Regulation.

22.Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, untested, intact and unused in order to be returned. 



23.The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if he / she defaults in the event that he / she makes payment transactions by credit card, he / she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; may request the costs and attorney's fee from the BUYER and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the loss and damage incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt. 




24.You can make Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to any of our Garanti Bank and Kuveyttürk accounts (TL).

25. With your credit cards through our site, you can benefit from online single payment facilities to all kinds of credit cards. At the end of your online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order.
